With over 15 years experience in the health care field, Brek Harris has developed a respect for the body's ability to heal itself when it has the opportunity. Brek earned a Bachelors in Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto, a postgraduate from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is proud to be a part of the U of T Student Mentor Program. Brek has held various board positions, including President of the Ontario Osteopathic Association.

Joaquim (Jack) Machado received his Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Science degree from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (Hamilton, ON). Prior to that, he graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and specialized in sports massage. Jack enjoys working with all ages, from babies to the elderly.

Josh Terrey has a love for understanding human anatomy and using that knowledge to find ways to help people move and feel better. He has over 13 years experience in the health and wellness field, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a specialized honours in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University as well as a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Niagara College. He also maintains national certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Exercise Physiologist, Certified Personal Trainer, Selective Functional Movement Assessment Provider and Functional Movement Screen Provider. Josh is currently in his fourth and final year of studies in the Master of Practice in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc) program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.

Catherine is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is a graduate of both the Massage Therapy program at Fleming College and the Pre-Health Sciences program at Algonquin College. Catherine believes it is important to approach health from all angles – physical, mental and social. As part of a multidisciplinary clinic, she utilizes her knowledge of the body and how it works to create effective, individualized treatment plans that focus on treating the root cause of pain. With a variety of techniques and tools, she can treat conditions including – but not limited to – chronic pain, joint pathologies, fascial restrictions and repetitive strain injuries.
